Hi doctor, Shall I take multivitamin and zinc tablets during breastfeeding.. My baby is 7.months old. In my home everyone is taking these multivitamin and zinc tablets for covid prevention. Shall I take this now. Pls advice

Red lump with pain near the crease area of inner thigh and external private area. And no sign of pus on the outside or the centre of the lump. It also hurts when i walk. How can i treat it. Got periods for 6th day nonstop with good flow and second time within 15 day span when in past I used to get 1.5 days regularly every month.15 days ago also got periods for 5 days and good flow.Hair thinning but no other symptoms at all. Not on any medication at all except perfectil biotin tablet for hair and nails. Please advice.

My mother is 46 years old and if suffering from abnormal uterine bleeding since 25 days now...(earlier she bleeded for 40 days and was admitted to hospital in January,where she was given tranexa injections ) She is suggested to take tranexa 500mg again but nothing is working. After every 2 hours she needs to chnge the pad.. . Her hb is 9.7.And DNC report is also normal ,she doesn't have any uterus cancer . Can someone tell wht might be the issue ...
