How to treat piles
Piles having length 1" can be cured or not? kindly tell me how can I treat it. Pls tell me also about diet and exercise.

If u have bleeding and severe pain while passing motions do approach a general surgeon if u dnt have these symptoms have lots of fluids,eat fibre rich food like greenleafy vegetables,maize,beans varieties,eat curd.avoid bingeing no oily items,eat fruits so that u should not constipate.do exercises too.
