I am a 20 year old girl. I wanted to know how I can maintain hygiene during my menstrual cycle. How often should I bathe during my periods? I actually hate even thinking about menstrual cups. The idea of using those products inside you terrifies me. Is there any way out for that?

Hi am feeling pain on both sides of my lower breast area since two days Wat could be the reason for the pain. And this is the first time am feeling such a kind of pain.

Since 25th july i have light bleeding, on Dr advice took Trapic for 3 days but still not stopping.. I dont want bc pills or hormones.. my scan is normal, no cyst in ovaries, endometrial Thickness is 3.8mm .. Dr recommend ovacet.. will it help

My periods are quite regular . Nowadays my period length is short sometimes i stop bleeding on second day itself. This time on first day morning I have normal flow and evening almost nothing. Anything to worry about.

I have very irregular periods. My last menses was on 22/03/2020 after i took Deviry. I have been getting periods only after i take Deviry for 10days which was recommended to me by the doctor. My earlier reports were normal, Hb was low. Rest all the other reports were normal. No USG performed. I was adviced to take Bigomet. Now since there is a complete lockdown in my area... And I haven't got my periods I don't know what to do. Should I wait? Or should I take Deviry? Please help.
