By rubbing private parts on the tenth day of ur cycle after that having periods on 28 day with light only three pads got filled with intense pain on the first day are they periods or implantation bleeding plz help

My periods is regular ,my age is 30 and 3 years of marriage complete ,i tried for conceiving but not happened.so i go to the doctor and get Test of Lh,Fsh,tyroid ,prolectin and follicular study,and ultrasond done and all reports are normal and husbands report also normal. Plz suggest what should be the issue ??

My doctor prescribed me evecare syrup. It's been two months that I am taking this syrup and  is  helpful in maintaining my periods. But, i feel there is something wrong with my hormones, as I can see sudden acne and pimples on my face, especially near jawline and neck. I doubt, is this because of the syrup?
