Duphaston query

My gynae has suggested me duphaston from 14 august for 15 days as my follicular study shows ruptures in both ovaries. So now my 3 days are left for duphaston. Have abdominal pain

Dear doctor I have pain on my lower abdomen on both side but not at same time. I get this pain on start of my periods and also at non periods time too. This pain is sharp and like pulling my tissue. My lmp is 13/7/20, hcg on 19/8/20 was 2400, i did my first ultrasound on 24/8/20, only gestational sac is visible. Is it normal? My doctor asked me to repeat it after 2 weeks, and prescribed gestoford 300 SR.
