My withdrawal bleeding started today and I'm experiencing painful cramps due to it. Is it safe for me to take meftal to reduce the pain?

My periods were never regular due to PCOD. From past 1 year I am experiencing severe swelling of toungue, throat, palm, feet exactly same time of month before onset of periods (which is only spotting or verg low). Hi, My wife had her first trimester screening for down syndrome. Hcgb n papp a tests are normal but diagnosed with uncertain nasal bone. Recommended to take anamoly scan in 18th week. Is this normal or should I be worried? Anything that can be done in food intake to balance this?
