Pcos problem ...no periods from last 6 months , facial hair growth ,weight gain....pimples ... hormonal I'm balance,hairfall

My periods are irregular. This year, I got my periods in January, February, April, may, July. My periods are skipping and it's been happening from this year.

Hello My problem is My menstruation duration period takes 7 days to complete it normally but last 5 months my periods duration is getting shorter every month it is completing in 3 days only.. It never happened before I am not taking any medication or have any old disease I am working in IT company and studying for my exams I am afraid why is it happening

I was diagnosed with PCOS in Aug 2019. I consulted a local gynaec probably considered best in our town. She prescribed Femilon 21 and vitamin D tablet for straight 5 months. Once my hormonal reports were normal she asked me to stop medication. I told her that I can still see chin hair growing but she asked me to treat it externally in a parlor. I started facing problems again after 2 months since Feb 2020. I have been getting delayed or missed periods. Was the treatment done correct? I personally found it very neglecting. Is it right to visit Allopathic doctor again or should I consult Homeopathy?

Got my periods after three months and now it's been 15 days with heavy flow. is there any other treatment except hormonal pills? i am unmarried, 29 years old
