I have early pcos and am on corectia and progynova since 17 days. I got my periods 5 days back but it was just spotting. But now since one day, my flow has increased. Which date should I consider as my periods?

I underwent scan and I don't have pcod anymore. But I still face difficulty in losing weight without glycomet. Can I take glycomet 500mg along with diet and workout?

I've previously consulted doctor for my period related issues where doctor asked me for some test and ultrasound. The test was fine but the ultrasound report says, Impression: Mildly bulky right ovary likely polycystic. Its PCOS condition right. I wanted to confirm, is this condition really common and treatable? Doctor has prescribed me medication but what is the actual facts about this condition and how it can be cured? Does it have any long term or lifelong effects? Should i be worried about it?
