Pregnancy and Infertility

I've previously consulted doctor for my period related issues where doctor asked me for some test and ultrasound. The test was fine but the ultrasound report says, Impression: Mildly bulky right ovary likely polycystic. Its PCOS condition right. I wanted to confirm, is this condition really common and treatable? Doctor has prescribed me medication but what is the actual facts about this condition and how it can be cured? Does it have any long term or lifelong effects? Should i be worried about it?

In 3 months, I am facing period problem in first time. I am unmarried. So please help me regarding this.

I am facing excessively hair fall and scalp pain since 4 months and from 3 months my periods getting irregular my last period date was first week of May and yet it didn't come also I gained more weight within these months .after that I had tested ultrasound of lower abdomen and getting tiny multiple cyst in both ovaries and also increase my hormones now I am worry about my health conditions I don't know what I should treat first and with whom??? I m suffering from pcod..my periods cycle is of 32-33 days ..m unmarried and a virgin..i get pain in left side of my abdomen most of the months on 18-21 day of the cycle..can u tel me the cause ?
