Is it normal to get acne before and during periods especially along  jawline or sidelocks? Even after taking aldactone 25mg

Hi I'm trying to conceive since ⅝yrs with failed iui's and an ivf. I had cysts reason being high postprandial insulin. Now periods are almost regular. Sometimes they get disturbed. I'm thinking to do seed cycling for hormonal balance , feeling it might help me conceiving. Will it help me? Also seseme seeds In second half of cycle will not overheat the body, Since it is said overheat can cause miscarriage..? Help.. Thanks
