I am a person with irregular periods and trying to conceive. It's been 2 months of trying and did not conceive. I consulted a doctor and she has suggested Duphaston and sysfol tablets. Are these tablets good to start ? Also I have 36 days periods cycle, when to start in such case?

My baby was born on feb 14. From feb 14 till feb 25th i got periods. After that i was have heavy flow on july 1st it was only for a day..  And spotting for a week. Again spotting started on july  7th nd it was having spotting till august 7th From aug 8th i got heavy flow till aug 15th. I didn't get period till august 20th. From august  21st till august 31st was having spotting.from 31st august i developed UTI As per doctor advice took pause d to arresy my period. Took a pelvis ultrasound and found 14.1mm endometrim thickness. Doctor advice's to take contraceptive pill. Any other way?

Respected/Madam As i m hypertension and diabetic last month my periods were on 2nd and again 21st little bleeding was seen 4r 3 days its not heavy bleeding just like a thread and then i did preganancy test it was negative dis month 2nd i should get my regular periods till now it not again i did preganancy test it is negative kindly suggest
