Hello Dr. I got married 5year before till now can't able to convince went to Dr. After 1year itself all test done all r Normal few induced cycle also done and 1 time iui done mam now we decided to go for ivf i have fibroid in my uterus on postier wall which 3:8 mm now Dr. saying to do 1st ivf and embryos will be freeze And then they will do hysteroscopy and some surgery to remove fibroid after surgery 6 month after they will do embryos transfer . Dr. I want know is there any other way to do other then this pls suggest

I went for transabdominal USG and not Tvs. Also 24th oct was my last period date and till date I did not get periods. USG was normal. My endometrial echoes without halo was 3.6mm on 2dec (today). What is endometrial.echoes without halo? Is it normal? (There was no cysts. I generally miss periods one month only every year.) Please tell dear drs.

I am 39 and had 2 C-sections. I suffer from heavy bleeding since past many years. Lately adenomyosis was diagnosed. Tablets reduced my bleeding but everytime after 3 months when i stopped tablets (as prescribed ) I again bleed heavily. Doctor adviced for Mirena. I read so many side effects from it. Should I go for it? Or can i take the pills for whole life?
