For someone who is using cocs for hormones balancing is it adviceable to bleed for following day that is at 22nd after finishing the last pill or how is it going?

For someone who is using cocs .after completing the last pill she should bleed on the next days or it takes some days.and should she have to bleed for how many days?

I have a small, painless lump in my labia minora. It is under the skin and moves when touched. I have had this lump for more than 6 months now and though there is no discomfort, I would like to rule out any probable conditions.

My wife has completed 39 weeks on 02/12/20 (LMP = 05/03/20). Since 2 days she is having high blood pressure 140/100, not able to sleep during night and having headache as well. Before this everything was normal, just baby movements decreased a bit since last 10 odd days and noticeable baby movements now are approx 7-8 per day. Baby not engaged yet. Please suggest if we can wait for normal delivery or go for c-section.
