Secretion from breast
I have gastritis, my doc advised me to take Pan D for 10 days. But as a side effect, I get little secretion from my breast. This has happened in the past because of the PanD capsule. However I can't stop taking Pan D cuz it gives me relief for my acidity issue.
Last time the secretion stopped on its own after finishing PanD course. Is it harmful?

Domperidone induced galacctorroea is a side effect .
It could always be due to increased prolactin.
