Last 2 months I haven't rcvd my periods yet. In june I got married I had done urine test by prega news 3 times in 15 days but it is negative

Can you please check my double marker test report and please tell me whether my freebhcg and papp-a are normal ..if not normal can you please suggest me what can I do to reduce the risk . Please find the attached report.

1. Fimbrial Parts of both tubes are dilated. 2. Restricted and Sacculated peritoneal spill is seen around fimbrial ends of both tubes. 3. Minimal peritoneal spill is seen on left side. These findings are suggestive of partial obstruction in lateral parts of both fellopian tubes, more marked on left side, most probably due to pelvic inflammatory disease. Please explain what does it means?
