I got my menses on 2nd November this year and since then I am having some sensation on both my breasts. Since two days, the sensation increased and is taking the form of pain. What could be the probable cause and how should I go about it?

Can be due to harmonal changes, few women experience pre menstrual breast tenderness which is normal.
But you also need to examine if u can feel any mass ,any discharge from the breasts
you can get an usg of breast if pain continues
