I always get my periods 5-7 days prior to my last month's date.Is it something to get worried about?

Hi, I am suffering from pain in the inguinal fold and my whole leg and back pains .. can any one suggest what is this? Or whom should I consult?

My periods are very painful, but only on the first day, that is stomach cramps and pain leg and back pain, bloating for around 6 to 7 hours, after that everything is normal. My question is earlier my periods used to last for 5 days, but gradually it has reduced to 3 days. Heavy on the first two days and light on the 3rd day. Is this a cause of concern? Sometimes it only last for 2 days and scanty on the third day.
