Pregnancy and Infertility

I always have a normal and regular period . But in this months cycle I had got stomach pain , vomiting, dizziness during period with normal flow  and on 10 and 11 th day after period I had got little brown discharge and 12 th day I'm having normal period bleeding.

Hlo mam/sir am 24yr old and c-section mother of 2 little children ,both the kids r under 4yrs. In (December 18/12/20) I have a period date but still now onwards I didn't have it that's why little bit tense can you pls solve it pls

I removed my gallbladder on March, due to stones... I got infected and suffered with biliary fistula... Undergone treatment... All pus completely drained... Was eating ciprofloxacin and clarithromycin.. And stopped treatment 2 months before... Now a week before, took ct plain abdomen... The result is.. Normal liver... Post cholecystectomy status.. Focal subcutaneous Fat stranding in right hypochondrium-suggestive of inflammation ..? Latrogenic. Bilateral prominent cystic ovaries... Few enlarged RIF mesenteric nodes.. About cystic ovaries, I have no symptoms.. What is fat stranding in right hypochondrium... I'm having pain in upper right abdomen more pain and there is something I can feel there by touching...

I took an ipill a month ago after foreplay. I had a light period after that. On 22nd dec it was my ovulation day.. Since yesterday there is a slight pain in my belly button. Is it due to side effect of ipill consumption or stomach issues? I have acidity problems and I am consuming medicines for that at the moment

It's regarding general check up, and STI STD etc. Doctor should be generous and genuine & the clinic needs to be around South Delhi.
