How long does ipill side effect last? I consumed one on 23rd nov and had slight belly button pain for past two days..I have acidity and gas problems and I am taking medicines for it too. Should I be worried?

I am 39 years with 2 children(C-section).Doctor has prescribed Mirena iud for heavy bleeding and adenomyosis..Is there a link in hormonal iud like mirena and breast cancer? The leaflet warns for it...plz guide.

Hi We are ttc for 3 years. My lmp 21nov,  i took ovaashield from 3rd of my cycle.they put hcg 10000 on 11th day of cycle( follicle 24*21,et 11 ) . 12th day they did iui.i took dyrogesterone 10mg from 15th day of cycle. I took upt 34th day(24th dec) of cycle and UPT positive also.they put hcg5000 35th day (25th dec).but from 36 th day night am getting dark brown bleeding .I went to hospital todaythey told please keep a pad and come tomorrow n show me how much it bleeded then only they can give medicine.what does it mean? Am very much worried. Please help me.Thanks in advance.

Periods are longing for a month with little bleeding . Why is this so? What is the reason? Thank you
