Is fibrodenoma causes cancer one of my sister has a small 6*4mm she is worried she has a USG breast scan for both breast right side is normal in left side they gave results fibrodenoma

I am having spotting before my periods dates on 28th day-30 day cycle. Spotting is happening on 28th day followed by next day or two day gap then menstruation flows normally. Its almost 3 months now same thing happening. Living very stressful and sedentary lifestyle. I'm having yeast infection since 5-6 months sometimes it resolves its own. I'm having anti diabetic medicine Jardiance and carbophage G1 as type 2 dm. My Tsh levels are within normal range. Kindly help really worried about this
