Pregnancy and Infertility

Been married since 6 years I had irregular cycle since past in 2020 I had only two cycles one on April and second on Dec tcc but not yet successful my prolactin level is 30.79 ng/ml I took cabergoline yesterday and today morning I am spotting and yeah  I am taking met pc care too. What is the reason behind spotting?

I'm facing severe periods pain and nausea for last 12 months or so. The pain is unbearable at times and I can't even move and I puke for like 10 times out of almost 20 per day in the starting. I can't eat anything as it gets puked in just a few minutes. Extreme back pain, cramps in stomach, pelvic, legs and back. My periods used to end in 3 days , now there's heavy flow for about 6 days and then spotting for about 3 to 4 days more. Please tell me the possible cause and remedies for the same. Thank you!

Increased cramps during period. I puke and faint due to the pain. Need a solution.nothing is helping meds not helping, hot water bag not helping

I was regular with my periods till I concieved in Nov 2020. But, it was miscarried in Jan 2021 and d and c was done. After that I was regular with my periods till July. Than I have no periods, on taking duphaston I got my period on sept 5 than again same issue so I took regesterone and my periods on 16 th nov. I want to conceive so my doc gave me letroz. My issue is after this medicine when will ovulation occur so that I can try to conceive.

My wife is passing blood in urine from last two days, chest pain, dry cough, abdominal pain,back pain,  she is having gall stones also.

I'm suffering from spotting of blood and sometimes period like flow of blood. It happens since last 6 7 months. Every month once the period got over and after 5 6 days spotting occurs and remains for 3 4 days. Though every month my periods came exactly on time.

She delivered(dec 2020) our second girl baby exactly one year ago still she didn't get her periods. But for our first girl baby, she got her periods within three months after her delivery(March 2019). What will be the reason behind this. Can anyone pls clarify. Thanks in advance.

Hello.. my son is 23days old and I am having very less breastmilk. I am taking galact powder still no such improvement and I am feeding baby with formula milk, which I really dont want to continue.. please suggest any capsule to increase breastmilk.
