Fetal heart rate at 12 weeks 5 days is 167bpm. Is it normal?? If abnormal what should be done further

Can hsg test be done with anesthesia if yes what is cost for that in bangalore? My wife tried with out anesthesia and doctor couldn't test because my wife was scared with the test.

How long do ovabless myo chew tablet side effects last because it's been a little over 13 days since I started taking it and my nausea keeps coming and going. Does it affect your mood as well? Sometimes I feel down for no reason and sometimes great. I was also prescribed cabergoline which I only took last week but not again since it made me feel pretty bad.

My periods always follow regular 28 days cycle but this time it is 2 days late. On 11 november, I underwent routine abdominal USG and the results suggested PCOD, numerous follicles on both follicles and no dominant follicle, does that mean I didnt ovulate this month.? I have no other symptoms of PCOD My doctor put me on metformin since last week and I also had a mild yeast infection last week. What is the cause of my late period? When is it expected to come? Plz help, I have never missed a period before. (No chance of pregnacy, last meeting was more than 2 months ago, multiple negative urine and bhcg tests)
