Doctor prescribe me Susten200 progesterone tablet for post ovulation. I have doubt to eat this tablet for only nite or mrng and nite. Kindly advise.

Hi, I am 30 years old unmarried. September and October I didn't had my periods flow, it was just a spotting. November I had my periods , 1st 10days again it was just a light spotting, then I started having heavy blood flow and a lot a blood clots gets discharged too. clots are quite big.
