Good afternoon doctors. I always normally get periods for 3 days with medium flow, moderate clots and normally 7-8 pads get used. But from the past 2-3 cycles I feel the blood flow has decreased. Althought my last 3 periods came on the scheduled dates and lasted for same duration, i.e. 3 days but I feel that the blood flow has decreased. i e. Only around 6 pads get used; but i get moderate blood clots in the flow as usual. I have hypothyroidism. Is this less period flow a cause of concern?

Hi doctor , my sister gave birth a baby girl by operation and after that her hemoglobin became 6 , we donate blood for her and after that her crp increases to 65 then doc told Inj Durataz  4.5gm  TDS.
