Pregnancy and Infertility

I have been facing this problem since last month. I am on my period since last 10days. I got my ultrasound done as per doctors advice. I need second openion on my condition. Attaching the report here. Please advise how do I stop my period. And what can be done that it doesn't repeat.

Hello doc, I have had 2 missed abortions in last one year and had to D&C to clear out products from uterus. Now its been more than 3 months and I wanted to try again. my doc has suggested some tests and results show some positive numbers. Could you doc please suggests me if Anything I need to be worry about. I am not from medical background, unable to understand this report. attaching it. please look into it and guide me. I missed two doses of Femilion and noticed spotting. There is 12 days left until my periods. Is this normal? I restarted my dose as soon as I realised.

My periods is not regular ,in month of sep i didn't get my period and in month of oct i got but in month of nov i didn't get it.

Registron tablet taken. Until tablet no bleeding. After stopping registron tablet, immediately within 8 hrsContinuous bleeding. Taken trapic tablet. But still bleeding. What is the remedy for this.

I generally have periods which lasts for 5 days 3 days heavy and 2 days spotting but this time I had period spotting on the 6 days that to bright red blood which appeared only once and the. Stopped.Generally it's a brown discharge which I get.I want to know is this normal or no.
