Can i use tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid based tablet to stop my excessive bleeding. Usually it goes heavy for 3 days n rest of 4 days less n normal. But whenever it's starts after slight delay it taking more than 10days but thai time it's heavy. Unnecessary gas trouble, stomach pain, motion. I just wish to stop it can I use the tablet when I am going through such situation

Dear sir/madam Meri fiancee ko 3 months se periods nhi aa rhe h. Uski last 7 months se training chal rhi h army ki so may be jyda exercise ki vjhe se or environment and schedule change hone ki vjhe se. And the same problem is with many other girls there. Could you please tell me that what to do.

My periods are 10 - 12 days early. I had taken an ipill on the 11th day of my cycle ( 11 days after my last cycle started) My periods are usually regular and I have not had ipill side effects earlier. How should I proceed?

My mother age 59,had itching near urine along with white discharge. She is on sugar and bp medicine. We visited gynaec and she told to do nilm pap smear test and in reports its saying "reactive changes observed associated with inflammation and atrophy" What does it means as gynaec is on 1 week leave...is it anything to worry??
