How many doses and how many days to take regestrone to get your periods ? After how many days of leaving regestrone periods come?

For a proper calculation if I had my start of periods and cramp at around 10-10:30 pm in night should I consider it day 1 for calculations or should I consider next day as day with proper flow cramping started in night around 10-10:30 and till evening 9 there was nothing feeling like this.

Since, 3 months after coming off from ocps. I've been getting scanty period flow with sharp cramps in pelvic region. I always used to have good period flow before for 6 days and now its reduced to 4 days only..Is it because im having less hormonal secretion after completing ocps. ? Or other reason? How do I cure it?

I am dinogest 2 mg 20 days .then my spotting started till 10 days. I take pause 500 3 days 3 times .then my spotting stopped. But after 3 days it will start again .then I will start primolut n 2 tab a day with dinogest 2 mg. The bleeding will stop. Can I take dinogest 2 mg along with primolut n 2 tabe twice together? It will be safe? I have taken bp medicine also. .my endometrial thickness is 13.4 mm

I was taking Promulet N 5 mg since 20 April daily for delaying my period for 15 days trip out of India,As I am still abroad my period started and bleeding is very less... Should I still continue taking 1 tab daily or stop..I am worried if i stop I may get heavy periods or will get sick abd I dnt know any doc here to consult in that cases, pls. Advise

Hi, I'm on cycle day 26 (1-2days before period). Since a few days whenever I lie down on my stomach I have mild cramps (sometime right and sometimes mid section near belly button) esp at midnight. And it's been a couple of days since I started feeling a bit nauseous at night. My lower abdomen feels a bit tight. I have never had these previously. Please help if these are positive symptoms.

I've pcos . My doctor prescribed me Diane 35 though I don't have any skin problem, My last period was on 5th April 2024. I started those pills from third day of my periods which was over on 26th of April (21pills) . I started bleeding yesterday 3rd of May but it was very light and it's really brown almost looked black. My periods are extremely less in flow from past few years. Why is it brown, should I be worried?
