Hi Doctors, PFA my NT scan report and help me to understand if it's normal ? And they suggested me to do First trimester quadruple test

My wife blood beta hcg is negative after 18 days we had tested and it showed negative but still is not getting her periods its been 18 days delayed her period. She feels like period is coming 2-3 times in a day but periods doesnt come please suggest us what should we do Periods are late for 18 days .. Please tell what to do

I'm getting frequent yeast infections almost once in every month. Mostly just before the period. How can I cure and avoid getting it in the future?

She was given caberlin .25mg twice a week for 4 weeks for high prolactin (129ng/ml) and got a blood work done and the prolactin is 1.8ng/ml..should i continue caberlin?or stop?

Till august 2023 i was getting normal periods. Then my periods stopped so in november i went to gynacologist and i had my blood test and ultrasound but nothing came in my report. Even doctor was confused. Then i got period from november end every month but every few drops of blood released. And in april 2024 again my periods stopped. From august i was trying to loose weight but i did only 1 hour yoga aur had my normal diet and lost only 1 kg in 1 month. Now i have stopped doing yoga and having my normal diet still i'm not getting my periods. And i think because my periods are not coming i'm having hairfall.

I have taken emersa 2 mg last 15 days for endometriosis problem. After taking this my spotting will start in 16 th day of pill taking and continue 10 days. In that time I have taken pause 500 then it will be stop . After two days small spotting again started then I take primolut n 2 tabs twice a day along with emersa 2 mg ..and my spotting stopped. So my question is can I continue both or how many days I continue primolut n with emersa. I have taken bp medicine.

I had my c section 1.5 month back can I have small of pastry cake. Is there is any effect having it. Kindly suggest. What all food need to avoid in both veg and non veg after c section and fir how many months.
