Can I get advice for my scan reports as I have not got my periods from 7 months. Please advice and give guidance as well.

My doctor has advised me to take injection Proluton 500 mg 1 M. What does that mean?? And why I've been advised to take it? How many doses I've to take of this injection

Is it okay to bleed for 2.5 days only. I've pcos. Irregular periods. I'm exhausted; why it happened to me only . I hate it so much. Can I not just stay in peace?

I have taken dinogest 2 mg for last15 days for endometriosis treatment but after taking 15 days my spotting is started then I take pause 500 5 days my spotting stopped. After 1 week my spotting again started then I take primolut n 2 tabs twice along with dinogest. The spotting will stopped. Can I continue primolut n and dinogest together? How many days it continues together? I have taken bp medicine also. Pls tell me is it hermful to take it together.

USG done at 6.5 weeks Lmp is 13 th march MGA as per USG is 6 week 0 days.Crl is 3.5 mm, Chorio decidual reaction healthy Yolk sac 3.9 mm but no cardiac activity. Doc has suggested a repeat scan next week. Can I hope to see the cardiac activity in next week. PLEASE HELP!

I was supposed to have periods on 3rd this month but haven't gotten them by now. I have the rest of the month lined up for travelling. Any medicine so I could get periods by today or tomorrow.
