Hi my wife had c section delivery 22 months back,  since last month a scar like 3.7 cm  developed at left side stitches,  hard to touch, pain only during periods. Gynaec said it needs to be removed by operation,  may I know whom to approach ? Is general physician Doctors will do operation or gynecology doctors will do this type of scar removal or endometriosis. Please let me know as she had 2 c section already want to get it done with experienced

My left ovary report is 23x16 and endometrial thickness is currently 7.6, but my doctor says that chances of conception this time is low as the ovary dimensions are larger. Is this true?
