High fiber diet
Hello I'm vegetarian and I start gym diet in which I take around 70 grm of fibers daily in 6 meals I eats lentils, fruit, vegetables ,roti, oats, grain and etc. natural food only no suppliment I take 70gm of fiber in 6 meals Is my fiber intake is high Plz guide me

To be very frank I couldn't understand what exactly you are trying to convey or ask. You are taking 6 meals in a day. You are taking 70 gm of additional fibre, in addition to what your vegetarian diet provides. You didn't mention about your height and weight. I don't know who guided you about taking six meals in a day and take additional fibre. We may advise people to take additional fibre if they are trying to lose weight but in your case we don't know whether you want to gain weight or lose weight.
