Regarding my diet
Hello dear sir and mam I am 18 yr old girl height 5'6 weight 49 kg I am very thin girl I want to gain 4-5 kgs weight can I take protein powder which protein supplement is good how can I increase my weight I am diagnosed with bilateral pcod in sonography but my hormone level is fine bit irregular cycles I am on normoz tablet I fell cracking sound from my bones my calcium vitamin hbaic lipid profile hameoglobin is fine my sgpt and sgot was slightly high but after consulting to doctor and proper diet it has come to 23 sgot 18 sgpt total bilirubin 0.56. I want to increase my muscle mass 4-5 kgs my BMI is on lower side what can I do so that I can't effect on my liver or pcod can I take milk and milk product on pcod what about white rice?

You should get your BMI done. If it is normal then you should go for some physical activity every day. You should spend about one hour on physical activity.  It can be jogging, rope skipping, playing games like Badminton and Volleyball, going for long walks, stretching exercises and weights which can be done at home. Your diet should contain about 50 gm proteins. Proteins should be from natural sources. You can take whey protein also but natural protein will be better. Calorie intake should be 10% more than the calculated amount. You should consult a General Physician and a Gynaecologist periodically.

U can contact a dietician for dietary needs.. and Continue medicine to manage PCOD.... You can take milk and milk products....
