Right Diet after IUI
Hello, My wife had undergone IUI a few days back. She is consuming the following things daily: 1. Palak and Broccoli soup (atleast three times) 2. Carrot and beetroot juice 3. Dry fruits (Anjura, Walnuts, Badam, Dry Grapes) 4. Avocado 5. One apple, one orange, two bananas 6. Three litres of water 7. Ragi balls 8. Idlies 9. Rice with vegetables Kindly let us know whether it is the best diet to follow after IUI to increase conception. Can she consume Whey Protein drink as well? Can she consume dates and sunflower seeds as well? kindly advise. We are vegetarians

More than enough Apart from papaya and pineapple she can have everything,,, Easily digestible home made Norma food
