My USG report says my right ovary is enlarged and measures 55.5×47×21.4mm volume 29.2cc. Dominant follicular cyst is seen 26×23.3×19mm is seen Please suggest me the treatment of this issue.

This drop help me a lot but 1-2 month I started taking different drop company name but salt content is same and right now I am feeling dryness in my eyes . My consultant doctor adv. me to stop taking dienogest 2 mg. Today is the last day of taking dienogest 2 mg. First day of taking dienogest was 01/01/20 and usg report was then LO cyst size 6.57*5.7 CM & RO cyst size 3.6*2.8 CM. My last usg on 13/09/21 said that LO cyst size 2.7*2.4 CM & RO cyst size 1.1*1.7 CM. The doctor adv. Me to ceased the tablet & see how your pain becomes at the time of period and do usg & consult after 6 months. As I'm unmarried so i donot want to surgery now as it recures. Any adv. Plz regarding the decision of cease dienogest & also how the cyst regrow within this 6 months.? Plz suggest as my doctor is rude so he does not tell me the complete treatment procedure. Plz help.

Is hidradenitis suppurativa caused by pcos or ingrown hair ? Have had different diagnosis over rhe years..some told it is sebeceous cyst and some told it is ingrown hair infections caused by razors etc? Recently one doctor told it is hidradenitis suppurativa... what besides lump excision /laser hair removal can treat this? Is it caused by harmonal imbalance? Been having on and off lumps over past few yrs with increasing occurences offlate ..some go away within some days ..got some surgically removed but it is impossible to keep doing it everytime....mupirocin works sometimes..is there medication that can help? I tried clindamycin but doesnt have much effect

On my regular period date, I found I was spotting. Spotting and very little flow happened for 3 days. Now after 15 days again there is blood while peeing only. I had regular periods before. This is the first time its happening. Please suggest what it can be.

I had miscarriage in my 6th week and doctor suggested me to take mifepristone and misoprostol. I took both the medicine as suggested by doctor. Now after 2 weeks I had done my pelvis usg for RPOC's. It shows that very small particles are still there. Doctor has given me two more tablets of misoprostol.(As she said D&C is not required bcz the remainings are very small)I took first tablet today but there is no bleeding started. Is it normal? .

Hi, I got delivered on September 17 and from that day I was bleeding till almost 20 days and again after a month was bleeding for 7 days and again after 40 days I had heavy bleeding for 3 days and little for 2-3 days. Is this a normal sign. Mostly after delivery period starts after 5-6 months till then there will be no indication. But am not having any gap after delivery. Please explain me in detail whether this is a good sign or a bad sign.
