Pregnancy and Infertility

For a very long time (4-5 months), I missed my monthly cycle. Ever since I joined gym, my cycle was regular. However, after 2 months of continuity, it skipped the 3rd month, which was concerning. Finally it arrived after 10 days and the flow was very minimal. Now its been more than 15 days that i am still on my periods and the flow at time is too much to be able to stop, it pains alot and sometimes its just minimal waste. What should I do? Why does this keeps happening? I understand that being overweight I need to make certain changes that I already did- which is a slow process and I will eventually get in shape but will this continue? Also, i have observed blood pieces coming out from my body.

I was detected with pcod and had irregular periods. I tried allopathy , homeopathic ( was working but sometimes irregular period) but nothing worked permanently, what can I do ? My period gets delayed more if I exercise.

Hello Sir/Madam My wife have one issue regarding Her monthly period, problem Is - she have period on time but some time not on a time, and when she was on period blood flow is totally absent ,only abdominal pain is present .. regarding this we had already done USG and Thyroid tests ,in that report shows normal ,we take help of one our family gynaecologist ,they was give us Medicine and syrup for 3-4 month but after completing this course our problem is not Solve yet.. please help us regarding this issue.

After Unwanted 72 can periods be missed for 2 months or how many months can periods be missed the ultrasound report n beta HCG both are normal.

Piles after normal delivery' it's been more than 20 days no relief from pain and its bleeding while passing stool. Consulted doctor as well and used hemolit cream and pegclear syrup. However no relief. Unable to breast feed as cannot sit for more than 10 min' its extremely painful please suggest some medicines for immediate relief
