In fetal scan ,fetus is having ovale cystic lesion 1.6cm of gonadotropic origin ,will it cause any problem to baby ,now fetus  is 32 weeks completed with afi 9

I am having krimsson 35 for getting regular periods ,after stopping krimsson 35,on 5th day I got a brown discharge followed by a fresh blood discharge from next day and on total this flow lasted for 5days ,but the flow was very scanty ,I usually have heavy flow ,what can be the reason for this? are they my normal periods ,does this medicine affects the flow ?

Mam my both tube is blocked plz suggest me should I go to direct ivf or for laproscopy because many people are saying that if there is blockage due to infection or TB than ivf will also not be successful plz suggest me right path to take because I have no baby and my age is 37

Hello Doctor, I entered into 8th month today. I have no stretch marks as of now. Even though to prevent them from coming using 'Bio oil' one day and the next day 'Palmer's stretch marks lotion' from mid of 7th month. Is it ok to use them. Or can you recommend any other? Thank you.
