I had c section delivery in last four month now I am having more bleeding than usual is it normal I did some works today is this effect of that work whenever I pass urine it bleeds Little more am very much worried plz suggest me

Hi! I have an issue of PCOD and was having prolong bleeding. Got an ultrasound done and it seems to be fine. I was advised to take Sysron-NCR for 15 days for stopping it. I started my periods on 16th day but the bleeding is too heavy with clots and have pain in lower abdomen. Its been 5 days, the bleeding is not stopping. What should be done and for how many days I should wait to make it normal again?

I have uterus fibroid size(9.1*6.6*8)cm and in MAY 21  i was infected with covid after that i suffered from anxiety and now i am suffering from vit d3 deficiency (8.69 ng/ml).
