I had an emergency c section 6 weeks ago When can I start using the maternity belt?? Will that be helpful ?? If yes, can you also suggest one please

It's been 1 month since I had c section, I had hard stool two days back... because of which whenever I poop I feel sharp pain like something is being cut on knife kind of pain when the poop starts coming out... And after that I have burning sensation whole day.. as I am breastfeeding I have to sit a lot... it's so much of discomfort because of the burning sensation and itching..

I was advised Deviry 10 for 5 days. I took it, last dose on 24th December. I have still not got my period. What do i do?

Laste priods 2rd December This month likely to happen 30th December as per 28 days cycle Yesterday night I took premolut3 N to postpone periods But as I took it on very border line Today morning I saw few drops blood and then disappeared since 6 7 hrs no period blood seen Has premolute worked ?? Can I take it tonight ?I just want my periods not to happen til Saturday... Can it reverse the cycle ?
