IVF transfer
I had day 3 and day 5 - 2 blastocyst transferred on Monday. After two days I feel no cramping , bloating and feeling that my stomach is light . Does that mean it's ivf failure?

Such questions are difficult to answer because every patient will not have similar symptoms with any disease or with any Medical procedure.
Wait for a month (unless you start bleeding), and after that all doubts will be cleared.
