I have fever, have been taking paracetamol for two days, i was prescribed Pause MF tablet (250/500mg). Can i take this medicine along with paracetamol?

My 3rd c-section was on 14sep after which it got infected n restuturing was done on 24 sep after a month from incision side watery discharge was coming out which continued till now n it had converted into pus. Now in scan report shows collection of 1.7*1.0cm and MRSA Bacteria in wound culture report.Surgeon saying it is due to prolene thread which was used in stitches. Now they advise is to open the wound n remove prolene thread n clean the pus once again. Is it safe to open wound again and again please advise.
