High AHM (12) - does it mean I am at a better chance in conceiving if I can manage my PCOS?
I am confused because low AHM is lower reserve and high reserve is better. But with PCOD it's higher than normal and with PCOD it's difficult to conceive. It's a little contradictory.
Could you explain?

No. Such high AMH level doesn't necessarily mean that you are in a better position to conceive. With such high level, other investigations like AFC (Antral follicular count) and FSH level on day 3 will have to be considered.
In short, more is not always merrier.
