Pregnancy and Infertility

I didn't got periods this month. Last month I had it on 3rd and ended by 8th dec. Currently having little pain in my abdomen but there is no symptoms of getting periods. I tested pressure kit today morning but the results were negative. So, kindly consult regarding my problem.

I have done a ultrasound and it shows Enlarged with large subserosal Fibroid measuring 14×8.8 cm In right lateral wall with areas of early degenerations. Similar Sabserosal Fibroid in anterior wall measuring 1.7×2.2 cm.ET 8mm. One doctor suggested surgery. 2 doctors asked us to conceive .. so really confused.. please help. I don't have children

I have completed 1 month of delivery through c-section , feels pain in upper abdomen and sometimes around stitches but the pain does not continue for long. There is no bleeding or pus formation around stitches. Do I need to worry ? Is it common? Do I need to do to get rid of this? Also gas problem has increased for me nowadays..is it related to operation?please advise

One doctor provide me Endoreg 2mg tab for 3 cm cyst taken for 2 months And another doctor provide me femilon for 6 months starting from period till 21 day and continue it with 6 months Which medicine is helpful for 3 cm chocolate cyst? I am starting endoreg 2mg from last night is it beneficial ?

LMP is 12.11.21.No Yolk Sac Fetal Pole n Heartbeat at 8W1D US checking. Doc advised to wait for couple of days more. Can we still keep hope for better news after 1 more week..?
