Pregnancy and Infertility

As per conversation of doctors my mensus date is 18th Dec'21. Every month I will get mensus for 21 or 22 days.

To check blockage in fallopian tube which one is preferrable hcg or laproscopy we are trying for past 6 months but unable to concieve.

Heyyy my period of nov was from 15 n it came n then after again 29 nov also it came ... In one month i got two time period and in month of dec from 2 dec i didnt got period soo now in month of jan when my period should come from 2 jan or 15 jan ??? Plzz help me

I have taken deviry10mg tablets for 5 days as prescribed by the doctor but its been 3 days stopped taking tablets but i still didnt get my periods. How much more time it would take to get my periods?

I delivered baby on Nov 26 via c sec... but recently I had hard stool.. while passing stool I felt like it's being cut on knife.. so I took duphlac for few days and my motions were soft, so I thought my problem is solved.. then I stopped taking duphlac.. after 1day same pain started while passing stool.. it's like being cut on knife.. and while sitting I have loads of itching and burning.. now I have started applying Anovate cream.. while applying inside Anus.. it pains a lot.. How this pain will subside?

Hello doctor, I am listing my problems below I have pcod from past 7-8 yrs Currently i am not talking any medicine. Also just last week I had covid. Not recovering. My Last period was on 5 oct 21. Extreme hair fall Post marriage, I gained 10kg (jan 2021-22) I have very Low stamina Also have Gas and acidity issues Kindly advice, what medicine should I start. Or if any tests are required.

I am continuously having the urge to pee even after passing urine. When i go to washroom again then no urine comes out but sensation still remains. Urine is hazy (soapy foam type) and pain in left side of stomach below ribs
