My period cycle is generally 28-30 days n period last for 4-5 days. But this month I got my period on 20th day and my bleeding continued for 9 days. Is it normal? Is there anything to worry? Pls suggest

We have taken ultrasound scan for my mom and multiple fibroids were seen. I have attached the reports down below. Bigger fibroid was 2.69 * 2.05cm and other was 1.7 * 1.5cm. Would like to know if it can be cured without surgery? Thanks!

Previous cycle were normal in days and flow..Levonorgesterol 1.5mg was taken in 18-19th December .. bleeding start on December 26 and continue upto January 8..1st 3-4days bleeding is more and associated with pain then it is scanty and painless..now today on January 11 bleed again profusely with pain abdomen.. according to previous cycles periods should be on January 6th ..how to know is this period bleeding or effect of pill taken or something else what to do ..line of management..
