Pregnancy and Infertility

My mother is going through perimenopause phase. Her age is 50. She did not get any period for 4 months and this month she got, it's not stopping for past 12 days. She is taking tranexa ,500 mg thrice since yday. Her USG pelvis says Endometrial thickness is normal 7.4mm Degenerative fibroid of 36mm and nabothian cyst of 17mm Can you please suggest if this is something to worry about. Please help, i am really worried about her health.

Hello I have always had regular periods with a cycle of 26-28 days But this time , my last periods started on 29th december and ended on 1st January I was expected to get periods on 24 or 25th Jan as per my regular cycle clock But i got my periods today on 4th Feb after a delay of approximately 10 days Is this okay? Or am I suffering from something?

Is deviry tablet for period is 100% effective on women to induce period ??? Or it may delay our period more ???

I am on a medication for 1 year but can't able to conceive. I have done several test such as HSG and ultrasound follicular monitoring. HSG test report shows my left tube has fimbrial blockage..but my right tube is fine..I am not having irregular periods.but still I am unable to conceive..is fimbrial block the reason for not conceiving or I have to opt for another treatment Pls help me

I have pcod and i taking ovral-l tablet for treatment of pcod.before taking tablet my period usually occur within 30 to 35days around..but when i take ovral table my period start within 26 days around.its normal??
