Today I have done usg ..in that report it is mentioned Tiny hypoechoic area noted in anterior wall of uteras(10*5mm) Is there anything to worry.. What should I do

In fact the Sonologist should have mentioned what he thinks about it. It could be a small fibroid or it could be remnants of an old abortion, if you ever had any.
