Hypoechoic lesion in anterior wall of ut
I've a hypoechoic lesion measuring 1.6*1.6 cm along anterior wall of uterus and it is anteverted , bulky and normal in echotexture. I'm 4 weeks pregannt. Will it affect in any way my pregnancy?
