Hypoechoic lesion
I found this hypoechoic lesion of 42×26 mm  in my ultrasound report.I doesn't suffer from irregular periods and doesn't feel any type of discomfort in my stomach .is it hazardous or dangerous?what should I do?

Nothing dangerous You can go for a transvaginal scan to find out if it is a fibroid or an ovarian cyst
