Hypoechoic lesion in the posterior wall
I have done pelvic ultrasound scan, in report it's is saying as U bladder- normal in wall thickness . No calculus seen uterus- is normal in size, contour and parenchymal . No distinct focal lesion. Endometrial echoes are normal . Endometrial thickness measure-10mm hypoechoic lesion in the posterior wall of uterus Ms-10mm-? Fibroid Ut meas-9.5x3.5x4.0 CMs Adnexa - both ovaries appear normal in size and echo pattern RO- 2.5x1.0. LO- 2.6x1.2cms No adnexal mass. Os is closed No free fluid in po Impression- hypoechoic lesion in the posterior wall of uterus-? Fibroid Please advise what is the issue

ET 10mm at this age needs to be evaluated....get a tvs done for et..  fibroid is of no concern ..it's very small 1cm
