I had day 3 and day 5 - 2 blastocyst transferred on Monday. After two days I feel no cramping , bloating and feeling that my stomach is light . Does that mean it's ivf failure?

My wife is entered in second trimester, her puss cell count are 25-30 hpf then doctor gave one pouch and veginal tablets after 5 days we again did report and count is 2-3 hpf after one week again it's at 25-30 hpf, I am worried about our baby and my wife.
